The receptionist Jinky was very accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we could not get in contact with them to let them know of the later check in time. There was no issue on our arrival and the room was in a spotless condition. The breakfast that was included was really good too. Simple eggs and ham with lots of bread, fruit and cereal options available. The air conditioning was a bonus and was quite powerful.

Very friendly staff, which made us nice fresh egg ham omelettes for breakfast whenever we wanted. Made sure the rooms were clean and made the stay comfortable. Easy paying and checking in/out.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the city centre and it is easy to get everywhere from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice woman.

The location was very good everything was near and there was a lot of restaurant near to the hotel and a big shopping places was near too and the customer service was so good the lady that working there in the recepion was amazing she was so friendly and she helped us a lot special thanks to her.

Nice and clean room in perfect location. M-station is behind a corner and also centre full of restaurants and shops. Good choice for a good price.

It was a simple room, everything was clean, location was great. No frills, but breakfast in the morning was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. **Note when checking in you press the "Appartments" button at the address and they will buzz you in.
